  TASTE: Though it often takes a back seat to appearance, the taste of the cake is important.  If it is pleasing to the eye and delicious, it will be more memorable to your guests.  Something to consider is how popular is the flavor.   Our most popular flavors include Chocolate Fudge with Vienna Cream, Vanilla Bean with Raspberry Whipped Cream, (and my personal favorite) Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese.  Our recipes have been perfected over the years and will be sure to delight you and your guests.  
     
  FRESHNESS: is paramont to a perfect cake. If your cake is made too far in advance, it is sure to be ready for your ceremony, but it won't taste nearly as fresh.  Here at Christie’s Cakes, as it is our goal to provide the freshest cakes, we limit our commitments to ensure the highest quality. Many of our cakes are baked and decorated the day before your wedding so you are assured of freshness.

Pricing starts at $2.00 per serving.  We specialize in whip cream frosting, which is very light and contains much less sugar than typical frosting.   Each of our cakes are torte’s, with 2- or 3- layers of filling in each cake.   You may choose several cake flavors at no additional charge.   aaaa One of our gorgeous silver or customized cake plateaus will add just that extra flair to your cake. 

We deliver to Yakima, Lower Valley, Tacoma, Seattle and have been on occasion been known to fly into tropical destinations for cake.   We bring the cake out, set it up, and provide a box for the top for you to keep your topper to celebrate your anniversary.   Need help with planning your reception, we can offer suggestions on decorating your cake table and incorporating those same decorations into your cake.   There are vendors that we can recommend as providing a premium product and customer service to help your day turn out nothing short of spectacular, ask us for our list.
